LinkDriver universal lead tracker (ult) does not set cookies when mod_usertrack is installed
There is a bug in several releases of mod_usertrack that removes cookies set by other modules. If you experience problems with the ULT, make sure your server does not have mod_usertrack enabled.
If it does, and you need the functionality of mod_usertrack, consider switching to mod_uid -- which performs the same function, without the bug.
